Siteskey GmbH Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   We take pride in the quality of our digital product consulting and web design services. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund or other remedies, subject to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
2. Refund Period:
   Our refund period lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If Siteskey GmbH receives your refund request after this period, we regret that we won’t be able to process your request.
3. Eligible Services:
   Refunds are applicable only for specific services as mentioned below:

Digital Product Consulting: If the customer is not satisfied with the initial consultation or the advice provided.

Web Design: If the delivered website does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or if there are significant design flaws.

4. How to Request a Refund:
   To initiate a refund request, the customer must contact our customer support team at info@siteskey.com. Please provide your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 3 business days and respond accordingly.
5. Refund Processing:
   If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes:
   In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the customer, Siteskey GmbH reserves the right to dispute the chargeback or dispute. We may provide evidence supporting the transaction and our services to the relevant financial institution.
7. Changes to Services:
   If, after the initial service delivery, the customer requests changes or modifications to the delivered work, such requests may not be eligible for a refund. We will, however, work with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the final deliverable.
