Siteskey GmbH Return Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

Digital Product Consulting: If the customer is not satisfied with the initial consultation or the advice provided.

Web Design: If the delivered website does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or if there are significant design flaws.

  2. Refund Processing:
    If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

    In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the customer, Siteskey GmbH reserves the right to dispute the chargeback or dispute. We may provide evidence supporting the transaction and our services to the relevant financial institution.
